Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, the days of effortlessly hopping on a plane are long gone.
At the beginning of the pandemic, you were required to wear a mask to board your flight, then you needed a negative COVID-19 test, and in some places you may even have to show proof that you’ve gotten the COVID-19 vaccine.
And now there are plans to make even MORE demands on travelers and limit our freedoms to explore the world – and their latest stunt is the most radical yet.
The push to get vaccinated has gone beyond a public health concern. Now it’s just a push to get an agenda passed.
Airlines are so desperate to get their passengers vaccinated that United promised 30 “winners” free round-trip airfare to anywhere in the world for an entire year!
Even state governors are bribing younger generations with free college tuition and adults with cold, hard cash to get the jab.
Nevermind safety or efficiency, if you blindly get the COVID-19 vaccination without question, Biden will give you a free round of beer!
That makes it worth it, right?
Well, you’d be surprised how many Americans think so.
As travel restrictions increased, liberal states like New York rolled out the “Excelsior Pass” – their version of the vaccination passport – that allows you to eat in restaurants and attend your favorite concert at Madison Square Garden.
Of course, Los Angeles contradicted their own logic by requiring those who already got jabbed to still wear masks indoors.
It turns out after all that hype, getting the COVID-19 vaccination is not enough.
So government officials are now trying to make getting the booster shot necessary for international travel reports I News.
There is not two, but three, rounds of booster shots looking to breach the pharmaceutical market.
A government source in England told Mail on Sunday that all passports for British citizens will need to be up-to-date with booster COVID-19 shots in order to stay effective.
Biden is looking to implement a similar policy for foreign travelers.
A White House official told CBS News that a “phased” plan is currently in the works to require all foreign nationals traveling to the United States to be up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations and any boosters in order to enter the country.
However, other countries are requiring the same of US citizens if you want to get into their country – so you can say goodbye to any carefree vacation in any country belonging to the European Union.
Much of these increased travel restrictions are said to be in reaction to the Delta variant, but studies on whether or not the new variant is more or less severe than the previous one is still ongoing.
As we have seen, the lack of information on the Delta variant hasn’t stopped legislation from moving forward in restricting more and more freedoms.
Having the chance to travel internationally used to be a dream come true – now it’s a real-life nightmare.
