We have witnessed one of the biggest shifts in flying commercially since the unveiling of the DH 106 Comet in 1952.
No longer can you choose where you want to fly with all the border closures and restrictions, nor can you board an aircraft without being in complete subjection to any and all government orders.
In fact, those with disabilities are now treated like criminals simply because they can’t wear a mask to make the rest of the passengers feel “more comfortable” while flying, and just wait until you hear the latest attack on Michael, a 4-year-old boy with autism.
Michael Seklecki and his son Michael Seklecki Jr., 4, were flying to Boston as they often do to receive medical treatment.
Michael Seklecki Jr. has autism, and has multiple medical complications that go along with his intellectual disability.
They made it to the Boston Children’s Hospital from Florida to endure the tiresome treatments for his severe gastroenterology and motility disorders, Chicago 25 reports, and couldn’t wait to get back home.
But Frontier Airlines just couldn’t leave a 4-year-old boy alone.
Even though Seklecki provided a doctor’s note to airline personnel on the flight home, which excused his son from wearing a mask because of his extensive medical issues, Frontier Airlines didn’t care.
They refused to honor the doctor’s note, despite it being a requirement through the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The airline told Seklecki that a doctor’s note does not “override corporate policy at Frontier,” Fox News reports.
When the issue was pushed, Frontier Airlines did the unthinkable.
They banned for life a little boy with autism, simply for trying to get essential medical treatment!
In an exclusive interview with Laura Ingraham, Seklecki expressed his much-warranted frustration with the airline and what he plans to do about it.
He is suing the Transportation Security Administration and two airlines, Spirit and Frontier (both of which he and his son Michael have been banned from), for their ridiculous mask policies and their disregard for Michael’s medical condition.
As if being booted off the aircraft in front of all the passengers is not humiliating enough, Seklecki and his son received “appalling and condescending” treatment from the airline staff, he told Ingraham during the interview.
Ingraham shared in the father’s outrage saying, “This is sick. This is child abuse,” adding how companies are “running scared from federal liability for not complying with tyrannical COVID policies.”
Michael’s family has requested the Supreme Court hear their case promptly so they can continue with medical treatments on schedule.
Of course, Frontier and Spirit Arlines did not want to respond to Fox News when asked about the situation.
Sadly, this is not the first time a boy with disabilities was booted off a plane for not being able to wear a mask.
Rogue airlines have even gone as far as kicking a baby off a plane for not keeping a mask on!
Children are being targeted by extreme federal mandates concerning COVID-19, even though they have already been determined to be low risk for contracting the disease and for experiencing severe complications.
New York has gone as far as not allowing children to eat in restaurants unless they have been fully vaccinated.
When will the madness end?!
Unless the reigns are pulled on the tyrannical policies soon, travel as we once knew it will be obsolete and those who go against the grain will continue to be ostracized.
