Can you really be arrested for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine?
If President Biden gets his way – yes, you can.
And once you hear the latest policies Biden has rolled out, you’re bound to be outraged.
Dov Fox, the director of the Center for Health Law Policy and Bioethics at the University of San Diego, recently admitted that some states could jail people for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine.
ABC 10 News reported:
“States can compel vaccinations in more or less intrusive ways,” he said in an interview. “They can limit access to schools or services or jobs if people don’t get vaccinated. They could force them to pay a fine or even lock them up in jail.”
Sounds crazy, right?
Well, some of this is already happening.
Not only has Biden mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for federal employees – forcing them to sign forms stating they’ve been vaccinated – he’s trying to get other businesses onboard his tyrannical train.
Yes, Biden actually thinks he has the authority to instruct private business owners on how to manage their own employees – telling them they should require their employees to be vaccinated.
And now that the Pfizer vaccine is FDA approved, Biden thinks that makes it “all okay” to force Americans to get vaccinated against their will.
“I’m calling on more companies in the private sector to step up with vaccine requirements that will reach millions more people,” Biden said in remarks at the White House.
“If you’re a business leader, a nonprofit leader, a state or local leader, who has been waiting for full FDA approval to require vaccinations, I call on you now to do that — require it. It only makes sense to require a vaccine to stop the spread of Covid-19.”
Some businesses are even firing employees who won’t get vaccinated – saying it’s all for the “greater good.”
“Some organizations are firing employees who don’t comply with a vaccine mandate. A federal judge recently sided with a large hospital system that chose to fire employees who refused the shot.
The lead plaintiff who challenged the policy “is refusing to accept inoculation that, in the hospital’s judgment, will make it safer for [workers and patients],” the judge said.”
And folks – I hate to be the bearer of bad news – but this is just the beginning.
Americans who don’t want the vaccine are doing everything they can to avoid getting jabbed…
… some have even created their own fake “vaccine card” to trick authorities into thinking they’ve gotten the shot.
Of course, this is illegal, and one Florida couple found that out the hard way. They were busted presenting fake vaccine cards for themselves and their underage children – and jailed with an $8,000 bail.
Other leaders around the world are singing a similar (yet harsher) tune, like President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines.
He had a massive outburst and told his unvaccinated citizens to “leave” his country and go to America, promising to arrest them and inject the vaccine himself.
“Don’t get me wrong. There is a crisis being faced in this country. There is a national emergency. If you don’t want to get vaccinated, I’ll have you arrested and I’ll inject the vaccine in your butt,” Duterte said.
“If you will not agree to be vaccinated, leave the Philippines. Go to India if you want or somewhere, to America,” he said.”
Yeah… people are literally losing their minds over COVID-19 “safety” even though time and time again the politicians and the “health experts” continue to contradict each other on the best path forward.
In fact, not only is Biden relentlessly pushing vaccines, he’s still forcing those who finally gave in and took the shot to still mask up – when just months earlier, he promised Americans they’d be allowed to stop wearing their masks if they got the vaccine.
And, he’s even extended the travel mask mandate all the way into 2022.
With Biden on a mandate rampage, there’s no telling what he’ll force Proud American Travelers to do next.
Do you think Americans should get arrested for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine?
Should employers force employees to take the shot and fire them if they don’t?
