It usually takes people months to save up for admission and travel expenses to Orlando, Florida’s hottest theme parks.
Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios give you a thrilling experience that you will never forget, but the average Joe rarely ever gets the chance- until now!
How would you like to not only visit your favorite theme park in the Sunshine State for free, but get paid to live it up while you are there?
Travel and Leisure reports on the opportunity of a lifetime:
“According to Metro, UK-based company Ocean Florida is looking for an exceptionally adventurous person to test theme parks in Orlando, Florida for market research.”
Spending an afternoon that rivals Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, eating theme park food and binging on roller coasters can hardly be called a job, but the company Ocean Florida would beg to differ.
For an exciting three weeks in April or May you can get paid £3,000 (about $3,950 USD) to have a great time.
It sounds too good to be true!
To be qualified for this once in a lifetime position Ocean Florida states that you have to be over 18, be social media savvy, and good with a camera.
So like 90% of Instagram users need to apply ASAP.
And judging by the amount of pictures being posted, there is no way they have a current job they need to contend with.
Just in case you are one of those people that can’t stand to wait in line for three hours alone, the chosen candidate will be able to bring a friend…looks better in the photos anyway.
The perks don’t stop there. In addition to a salary for experiencing the parks, the individual gets paid travel expenses, food costs, show admissions, a Go Pro to get it all on film, and a Fit Bit to count the steps you take while on the clock, according to Travel and Leisure.
Which parks are included in this gig if you are chosen?
Some of the best parks in the world, ones people travel to from all over, such as Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and a number of smaller parks.
Being able to endure the thrill of countless rollercoasters is only the first step. You will also be asked to “sample and rate food and drink options, rate parades and shows, rate souvenir quality, take photo-ops with characters, and gather other need-to-know tidbits for guests who are looking for a theme park vacation,” reports Travel and Leisure.
You are probably thinking, “Alright already, get to where I can apply!”
Visit Ocean Florida’s website and fill out the online form that will question you on pertinent information, like which Disney character you identify with.
