After two years of tyranny – Americans can finally breathe again – literally.
A Florida court ruled Biden’s mask mandate for public transportation was unlawful and that the CDC had overstepped their authority.
Immediately after the ruling, airlines rescinded the mask mandate – and now Americans are FINALLY able to travel freely without a mask. Here’s everything you need to know.
Upon hearing the news that major U.S. airlines like Alaska, Delta, and United were dropping the mask mandate – many travelers cried literal tears of joy. Under the mask mandate, Americans have been tortured and treated like criminals.
Families with children with special needs were abruptly booted off planes.
If travelers dared to lower their mask even to eat a snack, they were treated like terrorists and even banned from flying certain airlines indefinitely.
But finally a sensible judge (appointed by President Trump) has put Biden and the CDC in their place once and for all.
“Judge Mizelle said the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had exceeded its authority with the mandate, had not sought public comment and did not adequately explain its decisions.
A U.S. administration official said while the agencies were assessing potential next steps, the court’s decision meant CDC’s public transportation masking order was no longer in effect. The administration could still opt to appeal the order or seek an emergency delay in the order’s enforcement.
“Therefore, TSA will not enforce its Security Directives and Emergency Amendment requiring mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs at this time,” the official said in a statement.”
This is the same TSA Biden authorized to harass (and even fine) families over a mask.
And while the TSA will still likely try and hold onto any power they can – and still confiscate Grandma’s toothpaste because it’s more than 3oz – at least for now they can no longer fine passengers.
Pictures have circulated across social media of travelers taking selfies without a mask – no longer fearing it will ban them from life from traveling.
But since it’s up to the airports and airlines to decide if they’ll require masks – some are still forcing travelers to wear them.
“Most U.S. airports have confirmed that they will no longer be enforcing mask requirements, but a handful of others are keeping mask mandates in place, including New York’s JFK and LaGuardia and Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway.”
Thankfully, the majority of airlines and airports are letting travelers choose whether or not they want to wear a mask.
Of course, Biden’s DOJ has already appealed the ruling claiming they are simply “following the recommendations of the CDC.”
White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed they have to appeal in order to give the CDC future power to impose “health” mandates.
“That’s important for two reasons: One because we think it’s entirely reasonable, as does the Department of Justice, for the CDC, the health and data experts — health experts most importantly in our administration — to be able to have that time to evaluate.
But also because they want to fight to ensure the CDC’s authority and ability to put in mandates in the future remains intact,” Psaki said.
We’ll see how things shake out!
But it’s clear Biden still wants to exercise his power over Americans and keep them masked up.
Do you think Biden was wrong to force the mask mandate onto free Americans?
