Don’t Be A Slob
Alright. Let’s get real. Americans love comfort.
Comfort food. Comfort clothes.
Here in America, you probably run errands in sweatpants and a t-shirt. Or shorts. Even during winter.
That’s just how Americans roll.
But if you’re looking to blend in overseas, your wardrobe is the first thing people will notice about you.
And if you LOOK like a tourist, you might as well walk around with an audible alarm and siren above your head.
That’s how much you’ll stand out.
Most countries would never dream of leaving the house in “lounge clothes” or yoga pants.
And if you’re rocking shorts and your MAGA hat, your outfit just oozes red, white, and blue.
Not that you should feel ashamed for being a citizen of the greatest country in the world, but when traveling overseas, you’ll want to be mindful of the dress code.
Just wear something normal. And be chill.
It will decrease your chances of getting mugged.
And ladies – many cultures frown upon spaghetti straps and short skirts, so dress conservatively wherever you are.
Trust us, you’ll thank us on this one.
