You made it through another year of mask mandates, travel restrictions, and Biden’s obsession with trying to vaccinate every American against their will.
And now you deserve a much-needed travel adventure – or even a little R&R.
Not sure where to go? We’ve got you covered! Check out these 3 places that are a must-see in 2023.
Jordan
If you’re a history buff who appreciates the beauty of the world’s oldest places – then Jordan is your spot!
What makes Jordan so appealing is travelers can go back in time and explore the ancient historical sites…
… without sacrificing modern day luxury and comfort.
You can walk in the footsteps of Jesus and see the Bible come to life by visiting holy and sacred sites.
Whether you want to visit the Citadel and the Archeology Museum – which houses some of the Dead Sea Scrolls – or visit the Roman Theatre in downtown Amman, the rich and vibrant culture of the Middle East offers so much to see and do.
Worried about getting there?
Washington D.C.’s Dulles International Airport (IAD) now has direct flights to Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport.
And in 2023, it’s expected Royal Jordanian Airlines will have new routes out of Chicago, Montreal, Detroit, and even New York.
El Salvador
Here at Proud American Traveler, we write a lot about El Salvador because it’s such an affordable hidden gem.
Central America might not get the public exposure it deserves – but anyone who has visited El Salvador has fallen in love with its beautiful beaches and hospitable people.
In fact, if you really love beaches – El Salvador has more than 45 to choose from!

Not to mention, their “resorts” will have you swinging in a hammock – sipping on fresh coconut juice and watching the waves roll onto shore.
If you are a foodie, the handmade pupusas can be stuffed with anything you like – from cheese to pork to their homegrown loroco.
From fresh mangos and coconuts picked right off the tree to the warm sunshine (during the summer months) – El Salvador is a must-visit if you’re looking for some R&R.

Big Sky, Montana
If you don’t have the money to fly overseas (thanks to Biden’s disastrous financial policies) – then consider a trip stateside to Big Sky, Montana.
This little community is known for its skiing – but during the summer months you can hike, rock climb, fish, and soak in the magnificence of one of the most beautiful states in America.
Truly, the majestic mountain scenery will take your breath away and have you singing patriotic songs into the sunset.
And don’t leave without dining at the rustic Horn and Cantle – where you can take your pick from unique dishes like their elk meatballs, chicken fried quail, or their famous $184 40oz “Tomahawk” bone-in ribeye!
Enjoy!
Get Out And Travel!
Regardless of where you go in 2023 – get out there and travel!
Don’t let the government bureaucrats steal one more minute of your life by keeping you hostage with looming threats of fear and danger.
The world is your oyster – get out and see all the wonders it has to offer.
And have Happy New Year!
