Stay Hydrated And Stretch
Be sure to stay hydrated on long flights, especially if you are drinking alcohol or caffeine. You don’t want to start a trip or vacation dehydrated! Picking up extra bottles of water after you make it through security is never a bad idea, as you never know how what they’ll provide you with in-flight. Stretching is also important on long flights as it helps blood circulation. Small things such as walking up and down the aisle are important on long flights. Stretch your ankles and arms as much as you can in-seat without disturbing your neighbor.
